At Like Fashion, we follow a strict No Refund, Only Replacement policy to ensure smooth and transparent service for our customers.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Replacement is available for issues like:
• Wrong size
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear, personal care products cannot be returned or replaced.
Shipping Costs:
- If the product is defective or the wrong item is sent, we bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer ordered the wrong size or for personal reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Proof of Purchase:
- To process a replacement, you must provide a receipt, order ID, or proof of purchase.
Liability Disclaimer:
- We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or issues caused by courier services or unforeseen events during delivery.
Replacement Process:
- Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase when requesting a replacement.
- We will arrange a courier pickup.
- The replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after a quality check.
Refunds:
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstance. Only replacements are offered.
