At Like Fashion, we follow a strict No Refund, Only Replacement policy to ensure smooth and transparent service for our customers.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Replacement is available for issues like:
    • Wrong size
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear, personal care products cannot be returned or replaced.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the product is defective or the wrong item is sent, we bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer ordered the wrong size or for personal reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Proof of Purchase:

  • To process a replacement, you must provide a receipt, order ID, or proof of purchase.

Liability Disclaimer:

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or issues caused by courier services or unforeseen events during delivery.

Replacement Process:

  1. Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide proof of purchase when requesting a replacement.
  3. We will arrange a courier pickup.
  4. The replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after a quality check.

Refunds:

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstance. Only replacements are offered.
